Brian Richardson located this Corvette by searching the California state records of Vehicle Registration querying serial number 1 through 20. He found this Corvette in the Los Angeles area. 00003 was in storage, not running and in less than good shape. He bought and trucked it back to his home in northern California where he performed a marvelous restoration as can be observed in the photos.
